Tshwane mayor Stephen Mokgalapa celebrated his 100 days in mayoral office by outlining his achievements since his takeover in February. In a media brief in Centurion, Mokgalapa who has once said that, he inherited a mess from the previous administration boasted that his greatest achievement was closing the controversial Glad Africa deal.
