Wathint’Abafazi Wathint’imbokodo!(you strike a woman you strike a rock) An occasion celebrating the spirit of women from all walks of life. Woman’s Pamper Day Picnic celebration was by virtue in honour of celebrating the dignity and power of women. Women of fortitudes shared a moment freed from all their burdens. Unique Kaybee Events took the gratitude to celebrate all the phenomenal women by hosting the Woman’s Pamper Day celebration. The event held in Pretoria (Wonderpark) at Mogotsi Functions Venue and Lifestyle Centre was a prestigious one.
Women received pampering through spa treatments, make up tutorials, food, music, drinks and gifts. The event was solely in honour of celebrating the hierarchy of women. Women ought to be celebrated for their bravery, which is why they are referred to as imbokodos (rocks). The Woman’s Pamper Day event was exclusively for the imbokodos. Phenomenal women with tenacity could not hold back their joy for the day, such joy that when the music started women would getting down with their faces filled with smiles.
Audrey Mbatha one of the phenomenal woman whose birthday was on the 09th of August was overjoyed by the fact that she managed to celebrate this day with other women. “I thank God for this day and it really means a lot to me as a woman in celebration of other women as well, turning 60 years today and celebrating this unique day made especially for women, together with my family is a true blessing”, she said.
The event gave many local brands the opportunity to showcase their brands, which included the likes of Inuka which specialises in perfumes and other essentials oils, there was also Sarshstyles Hub and Nkamogeleng Glamorous Hub which sell shades from cat eye shades, and other kind of sunglasses, Avory Shlain Pretoria Diamonds which specialises in body, hands and facial creams and lastly Gudgu which sells cocktails.
A lot of phenomenal women at the event expressed their gratitude to Unique Kaybee Events for always providing them with the best services and making a woman’s day celebration each year a glorious one. “We are indeed thankful to Kaybee for always coming out on top for us each year on days like this. It really means a lot to us. We will forever love and support you no matter what”, said one of the women.
Event Coordinator Kabelo Letlhatlha expressed her views saying that she gets joy from everything getting together and seeing the smiles on people’s faces about every event. “This is the day for women to gather, be pampered with some spa treatments and just enjoy the day with other phenomenal women”- Kaybee.
