BREEDING A GENERATION OF PUMBLING ENTREPRENEURS.

29 year-old, Sello Richards Maswanganyi is a business owner of a growing geyser and plumbing company known as “BotseBotse” which simply means “The beauty”. Sello is from Soshanguve, Pretoria and says he is happy that his company has made an impact in his community by producing other young plumbing entrepreneurs. He added that it has always been his dream to offer a helping hand to the people.

“I give young people a skill of a lifetime by being a plumber. I register them with the plumbing industry and give them the experience needed. I always encourage them to never give up and to open up their own business if they think there are ready to help the community.” He said.

He told Tsa Pitori it is a norm for people to always complain about lack of jobs, Sello has never depended on job hunting for means of making a living and is now living his dream of being his own boss with a plumbing business. He added that he is proud that his business has been an agent of change in his community by producing over twenty other plumbing entrepreneurs through skills and training.

Through dedication and hard work Sello’s business has been around for nine years and he believes that it will grow even further. “I am looking forward to expand to all the regions of the country”, Said Sello.

He added that he is relieved that some of the lockdown regulations have been eased so he can be able to continue assisting his community through skills development ànd fixing the licking tabs and other utilities. He further says it brings him joy knowing that people in his area and the surroundings support his business, and they are happy with its services. #ĺadi_jaja?
