The Skills Hub is an innovative skills development, job placement and entrepreneurship support program from Kasipedia’s “The Growth Network”. Kasipedia has formed a partnership with an accredited training provider and a non-profit organisation to be able to deliver innovative solutions that are aimed to improve the kasi export potential in terms of skills and businesses solutions through providing training and educational resources, and business support to kasis.

It is a program that provides a variety of courses and initiatives to help individuals and small business owners develop new skills and enhance their professional and personal growth.

The Skills Hub partners with local businesses and organizations to provide skills training programs that are tailored to the specific needs of the community. The platform also provides online courses to job seekers and small business on the program to ensure that they increase the potential to find jobs and income opportunities.

The online courses and material is provided through our website www.ubuntucation.com. You can also find a section on Ubuntucation to book online mentoring/coaching sessions.

In addition, depending on the design of each sub-program we run, we can also deliver training in face-to-face workshops.

Ubuntucation is the act or process of imparting or acquiring general knowledge, developing the powers of reasoning and judgement, and, generally, of preparing oneself or others intellectually for life founded on the principles of ubuntu. It a word we came up with 😉

Kasipedia are on a mission to bridge the knowledge and digital gap by providing educational and training resources and programs.

Our idea is to create tailored courses and programs designed to upskill and empower young African talent, predominantly, and to promote small businesses by offering skills development, certification, coaching and linkages to income generating & digital promotion / marketing opportunities.

 

It is a partnership where Kasipedia (Pty) Ltd uses both our platforms (Kasipedia and Ubuntucation) together with our partners Rooting Hope (NPO) and Boago Learning Solutions. We extend an invitation to  sponsors, donors, and partners with ideas and resources to join us on this mission!

 

Ultimately we want kasis to be attractive places to source talent and business solutions.

Our NPO partner is also a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) that allows the partnership to unlock some of the benefits PBOs are allowed to offer donors and sponsors, including but not limited to:
